Welcome to MissionSync. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MissionSync platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by MissionSync Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.
We offer a free tier for teams of up to 10 users. The free tier includes core features with certain limitations as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen Subscription plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of the next billing period following notice.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for organizational strategy execution, priority management, and team alignment.

You retain all rights to Content you submit through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your Organization owns all data entered into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your organizational data, strategic plans, priorities, or any other Content you submit.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
You may export your data at any time through the Service's built-in export features. Upon termination of your Subscription, we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days.
The Service includes AI-powered features including the Strategy Architect and other intelligent assistants. You acknowledge that:
The Service, including its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of MissionSync Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MissionSync Ltd.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MissionSync Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MissionSync Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MissionSync Ltd regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
